Notable accomplishments:

AKC lure coursing: in her first two weekends out, Raven earned 13 points and three majors towards her FC, including a 5 point major Best in Field! In her fifth trial, she finished her FC at the WWWA trials in October 2021 with her 4th major. She moved up to make her specials debut the next day, and won BOB (3 points) and BIF (5 points) for her first points towards her LCX! She currently has 17 points towards her LCX.
ASFA lure coursing: Raven finished first in the open stake both days, and BOB on Saturday (forfeited on Sunday) at the April 2022 EBC trials, earning both her first placements and 40 points towards her ASFA field championship her first weekend out. She earned another first in open (again forfeited for BOB) at CSA’s trial in November 2022. She won BOB and BIF at the April 2023 WWWA trials, finishing her field championship undefeated in just four trials.
CWA racing: Raven made her CWA debut at the May 2022 RFF meet, running an A score of 15, finishing fifth in the meet and Best Opposite Sex. She finished second in the meet and BOS both days RFF’s October 2022 CWA meets, earning her first ARX point on Saturday, and 3 more on Sunday to bring her total to 4. In September 2023, she earned the coveted High Combined award the day after the CWA National. She earned 10.33 ARX points in just four meets in September and October, bringing her 14.33 points and just needing a fraction of a point to finish her title. She was also High Combined at three of those four meets, catapulting herself to #4 (tie) in the year-end national standings.
WRA racing: Raven easily finished her CR title and has 6 points towards her Division II straight racing championship.
NOTRA racing: in her NOTRA debut at the March 2022 WWWA meet, Raven ran a B score of 12 to finish 8th in the meet! She earned her first 2 DII oval points.

Fyvush was bred by Mary Downing and Brad Briscoe, and co-owned with Mary. I am so grateful to Mary and Brad for sharing this beautiful and charming puppy with me and letting him come live with his Serendipity family.

Notable accomplishments:

In the show ring: Fyvush has had a spectacular record at specialty shows. In June 2022, he won Best Opposite Sex in Sweeps under judge Linda Buchholz (Swiftsure) at the American Whippet Club Pacific Northwest Regional Specialty in Hillsboro, OR. He had a fantastic weekend at the 2023 BC whippet specialties, winning Winners Dog at the LWMA specialty on Friday and Best of Winners at the NWCC regional specialty on Saturday, earning 9 of the 10 required points for his Canadian Championship in one weekend! A month later at the WWWA specialty, he was WD and BOS for his first AKC major under breeder judge Iva Kimmelman (Merci Isle). In 2024 he was RWD under breeder judge Gail Boyd at the AWC Pacific Northwest Regional Specialty in Hillsboro, and Best of Winners and Best Bred-By Exhibitor under breeder judge Judy Lowther at the Cascade Whippet Club specialty for his second 5 point specialty major. In August 2024 he was RWD at the first WWWA specialty under breeder judge Doug Broadstrider, and finished his championship with his third 5 point specialty major and Best Bred-By Exhibitor the following day also at WWWA under breeder judge Mike Bennett.
CWA Racing: Fyvush made his CWA racing debut in May 2022 with respectable results, finishing just out of the Top Ten in 12th place, with a solid C race score, and 2nd place in a 17-dog match for his first DPC leg. He ran his first B score in August 2022. At the October 2022 RFF meet, he finished 5th in the meet with a high B score of 14, and won the conformation match for his second DPC credit.
Fyvush made his AKC lure coursing debut at EBC’s trials in March 2023, winning a big open stake and BOB for a 5 point major!

Ebi is the puppy I never meant to keep but fell in love with from the And Litter that I raised for Mary Downing. The heart wants what it wants, so I had to relent. She has her AKC QC and is just starting her running career with several WRA and CWA meets under her belt. She will hopefully make her show debut in 2025.
